There is a long running rivalry between the UEA Pirates and the Blades and not just in American Football but in sport in general (as you will learn on Derby Day). Last season we played them twice, the first game we lost 22 - 11, the second game we beat the Pirates 14 - 30. In addition we beat them on Derby Day. UEA finished the season with 3 wins and 5 losses. Their Cheerleaders are the UEA Angels.

The last night of freshers is the easiest theme yet: School Girls. Pretty much everyone has taken part in a school girls night and should have something to wear so no need to spend lots on an outfit. Shirts and school skirts or shorts, long socks/stocking and ties, pigtails and freckles etc

Yep, as strange as it might sound, Tuesday night's theme is MEN! The basic idea is working men so think builders, farmers, plumber, policemen, firemen etc. Basically if a man can do that job, you can be it. Feel free to be as manly as you like, or if you prefer to do a slightly sexier take on it you can do that too. Just have fun with it n use your imagination cos the possibilities are endless

Freshers Theme: Tight 'n' Bright

So the first big night out on campus and we'd like as many people as possible to be out representing the cheeries. Tight 'n' Bright is the easiest most basic theme, that pretty much everyone has taken part in before so you should alllll have something to wear. Think neon 80's: so legwarmers, leotards, bright leggings, spankies, maybe tutus, options are endless so long as its tight 'n' bright.
