The Squad
This year we are planning on having two squads for the Essex Flames Cheerleaders competing in levels 1 and 2, and we also have our very own dance squad which will be competing in the categories of Hip Hop and Pom. You do not need any experience to be in the squads, all the skills required will be learnt throughout the year by our Coaches. Our Squads have been very successful in competitions earning 1st and 2nd places for both Stunt and Dance.
