Welcome to the Essex Flames Cheerleading Squad website. Here you can find out everything you could wish to know about the team, from information about forthcoming events, socials, training times and squad members.
The Essex Flames Cheerleading Squad compete at a National and International level and over the years have been awarded many 1st places in both Stunt and Dance squads. We also cheer for the Essex Blades American Football Team. Being a Flame is about teamwork, friendship and a passion to be the best! Not only do we cheer but we also have fantastic socials, many of which are themed (lots of crazy dressing up!).
We also take part in a lot of charity work raising money for charities as well as voluntary work. Join us and see just how rewarding an experience it can be!
Even if you're not a fresher you're still welcome to come along and give it a go! No experience needed!
