Welcome to the Essex Flames
Welcome to the Essex Flames Cheerleading, we would love to have you in our squad.
The Essex Flames Cheerleading Squad compete at a National and International level and have over the years been awarded many 1st places in both Stunt and Dance. We also cheer for the Essex Blades American Football Team at every game. As well as being a serious squad we also have fantastic socials, often with themes and fun games.
If you are not a fresher you are still very welcome to come along and give it a go! There are no experience needed in joining the squad, and you will be thought all the skills you need!
